Two Italians and an Indian

When I'm high on stress and low on energy, one of the first things I compromise is cooking at home and all that goes with it (grocery lists, shopping, washing dishes...). Suddenly, I'm DoorDashing regularly, which is good for neither my waistline nor my wallet. To get me out of that rut and inspire me to cook, I invited loved ones over recently for a series of dinners, some great wine and wonderful fellowship.
Melon and prosciutto salad with fresh thyme.
Chicken and egg curry over basmati rice.
Chicken piccata with spinach and ricotta ravioli, sautéed in brown butter and finished with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
